Não tivemos problemas em relação a acomodação, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar. No check-in já não achavam nossa reserva. Fechamos duas diarias e no dia seguinte, quando havíamos saído para almoçar, recebemos uma msg da recepção avisando que a hospedagem havia se encerrado às 12h! Tivemos que mandar print da reserva para comprovar! Achei um pouco de descaso com o cliente sair mandando msg sem ao menos verificar no sistema! Achamos o Café da manhã fraco e o hotel com pouca seguranca, uma vez que a escada para acesso aos quartos é antes da recepção! De resto, tudo tranqüilo!!

foi uma boa experiencia em um hotel muito bom. a alguns anos atras esse hotel deve ter sido maravilhoso.muito boa localizaçao. nao ha perturbaçao de tipo nenhum. sons altos, conversas altas etc.
