"the apartment was very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. A kitchenette forms part of the apartment. Massimo the owner, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the historical centre. The only downside that we were at the second floor and there is no lift. A big plus Massimo's father runs the shop next door to the apartments and he is there from very early in the morning till late in the evening. "

There was an extra single bed to put luggage and clothes on because there are no drawers for storing clothes. And the closet had mix match of clothes hangers not suitable for hanging pants. "Our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was made truly special by the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the entire team. From the moment we arrived, Daunia, Matteo and Alessandro welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that we immediately felt at home. It was far more than simply a hotel welcome — from the very beginning, we felt sincerely cared for. A very special mention must go to Daunia, the General Manager. She took the time to understand what would make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and then went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected to ensure my wife and I had a wonderful experience in Lecce. What impressed us most was not simply what she did, but how she did it — with incredible warmth, generosity and genuine care. It felt personal, and it meant an enormous amount to us. Alessandro and Matteo were also fantastic, always warm, attentive and ready to help, and that wonderful hospitality continued throughout our stay. Palazzo Sant’Anna is beautiful, but what we will remember most are the people. Genuine hospitality comes from the heart, and Daunia and her team have it in abundance. Thank you, Daunia, Alessandro and Matteo. You made our time in Lecce truly special. We would return without hesitation."
