"We had an amazing family holiday escape at the Barcelona. Immaculate attention to details, attentive and caring staff with pride displayed within every interaction. Restaurant reservations are needed but appreciated during peak Christmas/new year week as it’s virtually impossible to get a reservation or table offsite for 6! Bar staff is amazing —welcoming with wonderful entertainment and quality drinks! Only suggestion… a deli sandwich/salad bar during the day. Light fare, grab and go beach lunch boxes would be amazing upgrade! Otherwise wonderful stay and we look forward to staying again—- you can’t beat the location! "

"Everything was fantastic except for a woman at the front desk named Janine. On two different occasions she was very rude and didn't want to be bothered changing big bills to be used for tips for the staff and to help with a problem with my key bracelet. On both occasions I returned shortly after to have a different person at the desk cheerfully handle these two matters. N. Lombardi"
