"The place is crowded. The staff are not very keen to help. They just do what they supposedly have to do, without having any care regarding if you are comfortable or not. So I must say I did not like it."

"There was little to no cleaning of the room from staff, the power went out with no way for us to get into our room and the night staff member didnt have our keycard eventhough we left it with the day staff. Eventhough he did a good job managing things, he was on his own dealing with the majority. The food was okay and when the power did come back we did get to use the service lift. Our bathroom had mould in ir and the shower head had a lot of limescale and dirt."
