O hotel eh lindo e maravilhoso! A equipe toda é muito simpática e gentil. As termas são um capítulo a parte, com tratamentos maravilhosos. Amei tudo! Algum detalhes acho que poderiam ser revistos como: não informaram a hora das refeições no check in, tb não tem direito a bebida não alcoólica nas refeições, não custava ne? Hotel tão caro já. Na academia, que eh muito boa, não há niguem para orientar com os aparelhos. A Tv do quarta poderia ser smart e pegar Netflix, etc. o jantar, nos primeiros dias foi no restaurante a la carte, Chez Beja, muito gostoso, mas muito demorado. De resto, tudo ótimo! O pudim, monitor da recreação tb eh maravilhoso e o mensageiros tb.

O hotel é lindo demais, estilo antigo, parece um castelo! O café da manha é bom apesar dos paes estarem duros. Os quartos estão com os móveis bem datados e o conforto é ruim já que as camas tem colchoes muito moles e a iluminacao é fraca. Limpeza ok e o atendimento é de hotel superior. A academia é de primeiro mundo e os serviços de spa poderiam ser incluidos na já cara tarifa ao inves de serem cobrados a parte ou pelo menos ter uma piscina interna gratuita e nao só aquela externa aquecida. No dia que me hospedei estava muito frio e nao tive coragem de ir lá fora. Poderiam tb disponibilizar roupoes nos quartos. Fora isso tudo bem!

Foi agradável a estadia, equipe muito cordial e competente. Hotel tem uma otima estrutura principalmente quanto a relaxamento devido as massagens e termas, ótimo lugar para passar a semana para descansar. Só ficou um pouco a desejar no horário das refeições para bebe que poderia ter uma tolerância, porém compensa pelo atendimento da equipe.
