"The property has no front desk, but staff replied quickly to text messages and were very helpful and friendly. There is no lift, so getting to the property requires one to climb many 50 stairs, which is a concern if one has heavy luggage, one is tired or one has even the slightest mobility issue. "Nice hotel only a few minutes from the train station and the shopping area. The room was clean and the bathroom looked new. I really appreciated the help of the staff.
