"Absolutely awful, rude staff, denied me staying there cause I lived within 60 miles of them, even after already having booked the room online, and trying say I cancelled when I didn't and now out that money for WHY..."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times over past 20 years or so. I believe our last time was just after a renovation and actually was quite nice then. I do not believe it has been renovated since that time (not sure of year, maybe 2009?). The room this time was just "okay". It was fairly clean but definite signs of wear (paint chipping, water damage on bathroom floor, no shower curtain liner, TV remote didn't not work correctly, etc.). Also, contrary to amenities listed on website - no secure wifi and no breakfast available. Strangely, our room was located right next to a couple who was obviously living (or extended staying?) in their room and they even had a dog. Granted, they and their dog did not bother us. The hotel is obviously big enough such that they could have given us a room away from that. If they can manage another renovation and improve amenities, we will likely consider staying there again next time we're in Kennett."

"Breakfast was according to my husband " TERRIBLE", so plan on getting breakfast out and may we suggest "Big Bad Breakfast" in Rock City, Chattanooga. "

"The facilities and rooms were recently redone, very clean and enjoyable! Friendly staff and nice breakfast! Enjoyed our stay!"

"The area is very dangerous and poor condition. Part of the hotel a huge portion is destroyed Hotel is extremely dirty, very rundown, and should not be open. This hotel would not accept credit cards they do not have a computer system or a reservation system Hotels.com should not be associating with hotels in such poor condition. I did not stay at this hotel because of its poor condition I found a different hotel and hotels.com had to refund my money! It was a 3-hour ordeal of the hotel not being able to find my reservation, and then an hour and 45 minutes on line with hotels.com."
