"Convenient and affordable "

"It was an amazing week in La Plagne. Perfect location, ski-in and ski-out, apartments were clean and cozying. Very friendly people on reception met us and helped with accommodation. I was a little disappointed that the apartment did not have such things as slippers (floor was quite cold without it), soap, WiFi, dishwasher detergent. It is not very expensive but might make a rest more comfortable."

"Well once I'd found the place, Hotels.com directions via linked map were incorrect and took me to the wrong location via a logging track up another mountainside some 20km away, it was lovely. Apartment was clean and modern and the views were stupendous. And the food and service at Le Petit Montagnard were beautifully authentic."

In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above. "I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...
