"The property is both a hotel and a residence. While it’s a bit outdated, the rooms are clean and quite nice. The only downside was that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. Overall, it was still a good stay."

"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

We walked (no mean feat in the mountains) to one building as there were no signs on the building the email directed us to, and luckily, they found our booking, but we were at the wrong hotel.
