"Staff is fantastic. Location is great. The only issue is that the uber/lyft drivers won’t pick up or drop you off from the hotel when there are games going on. The secret from the front desk? Put your location in the river! Then when a driver picks up the ride give them the hotel address"

"Things to note: -had difficulty getting into front door with my code - had to call multiple times -original room smelled like mildew and bed was uncomfortable However: -customer service was 100/10. Replied at 2am/all others of the day -they were able to switch me to a newer room, that did not feel as uncomfortable -very conveniently located -price was very reasonable Overall, I would probably shell out a bit more to stay in a comfortable clean place that did not give me issues with getting into the building. "

"The property is run down, the rooms are tiny and I woke up with a sore back every morning. There is no dresser in the room to store your clothes, and the only place to sit is either on the bed, or on 1 chair that won't fit anywhere else in the room except in front of a folding desk positioned in front of the tv on the wall. If you arrive before check-in, they want to charge you an extra $50 even if they have rooms ready. The attached restaurant's menu is small without a very good selection, and the food is not very good at all, they seem to overcook everything."

"Walking distance to train and bus transportation. Walking distance to the Strip District. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Room was quiet, even tho there was a wedding taking place in the hotel. It is a very lovely restored building. Staff was friendly and helpful."
