"This hotel is nowhere near 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. The staff was consistently rude, and the maids in particular were extremely unpleasant. The room itself was unacceptable — there was mold in the bathroom, the curtains were stained, and the toiletries provided were of the cheapest quality. Breakfast was by far the worst part: almost no options, the food was cold, and completely inedible. Overall, this stay was a huge letdown. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even a basic standard of comfort and service. "

"Property is set in a secure compound, with cafe's, shops and a drycleaner/laundry (not related to the hotel). Staff speak English, getting into the hotel requires a secure key from Reception. Make sure you have their phone number because the hotel is on the second floor and the security officer at the entrance is not authorized to use the lift to allow you to go up to the floor. The building has 25 floors in total and lifts are access controlled going up and down. Beautiful area, clean with childrens playground, outdoor gym and dog park. 10 minute walk from Arcadia area, with may restaurants and shopping. Everything is open despite the current war. "
