"Resevered an apartment with them for a school event received confirmation and the day of check in they could not find a reservation at all despite me having already been charged...their solution was to book a different available unit as they had several available, however, when the booking site contacted them they were told nothing was available...this resulted in a lot of food waste as i had brought things with me to put in the fridge. "I have stayed at one of these units before. The unit itself was great. They always have what you need, the beds are comfortable, the space is nice and comfortable and you feel safe.
