First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. "Starts off the pictures are lies. I booked thinking I was getting a great place. They put me in the basement. Entrance was broken. Entry was nasty. The place had crumbs and hair. The huge TV didn’t work. Pillowcase didn’t fit the pillow. Bugs crawling including roaches. Child safety locks on everything. Holes in walls.
