"Lovely hotel and staff were great. The hotel is super clean and bar/restaurants are well stocked. However I would recommend looking at this sister hotel next door if, like us, you are not traveling with kids as there are no child free areas and it did get quite loud. Even though there is a no reserving sun bed policy it is not enforced but there are plenty of beds to choose from if like us you are not someone who wants to get up early to put your towel on a bed. For us the beds were a little too hard but I think that is more of a preference thing. Overall would recommended to anyone with children!"

"Super clean and classy room with a balcony with views of the sea. Great for a morning coffee. The shared pool was nice touch but limited sun but main pool was amazing - best sun lounges ever. All the staff was super friendly and kind - even gave me a free birthday. Good food choices and bar to lounge - super quiet so not you if need vibes. Would go again. Highly recommend."

"I was a lone traveller aged 77. The studio apartment was extremely spacious and newly decorated. Nice big balcony mostly shady but that was a blessing after a hot day on the beach. Antonio's was very kind and helpful. The beach was great and crystal clear water. The only drawback was the walk back from the beach was up quite a steep hill, but this is normal on the Greek Islands. There are 2 sites to Mediterraneano Appts. The hotel apartments are more easily accessible. I would recommend either as they offer exceptional value for money."
Sun Palace Hotel - All inclusive

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you donโt have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasnโt. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."

"Great stay. Lovely hotel and lots to do. On check in we were slightly concerned as we had been allocated one of the further rooms but it was no problem at all. There is a golf buggy giving lifts on demand that the little one loved and an also a lift making the walk back easy. Pools are great with lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach was very easy to access with comfortable loungers and self serve soft drinks on the beach and alcoholic a short walk to the bar. The food was very good. The ร la carte was very special and the buffet was high quality with plenty of variety throughout the week. Highly recommended. Can also hire a car on site which was very straight forward and relaxed."
