Thon Hotels, Arctic Europe hotels

Staff were exceptional with the information and dedication to excellence. The room and bed were beautifully cosy and clean.

Absolutely superb! I traveled with my 8 year old son and we had a spectacular time. Can’t rave about the place enough.

Good location, just about 200 meter away from the jetty

The dock is a beautiful and comfortable new hotel. The staff was helpful and the breakfast spread had quite a variety.loved the theme and the decor in the hotel lobby and restaurant, gave a very cosy feel. Clean room, great amenities for cabin stay. View was great and so are the food we had at the restaurant. They provide complimentary coffee and tea at lobby while waiting for checking in and out.

The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna took a bit of time to heat up but it was a nice feature. Check-in was easy. They provide a QR code in the room to book taxis, which was very convenient. The lift is very quaint and unique. The location was very convenient to the Rovaniemi bus station and supermarkets. A short 15 minutes walk into the city.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed, from the comfort of the room to the outstanding service from all the hotel staff. The location of the hotel is on the Main Street as well. Not forgetting that the food at the hotel was very good too! The hotel staff were exceptional!! I love Svalbard Hotel!

Very friendly and helpful staff

Heaters in kitchen and living room broke down on the last night of our stay but good that hotel provided a portable heater. Would be good if hotel could provide larger waste bin in the kitchen. Would also be good if reception was open for longer on weekends or at least have a contact number to call when it was closed. Breakfast was yummy with a good spread. Loved the waffle-maker. The views from our room...
