"Great base, short walk to town centre and 5 minutes to ski lifts. We had young children and the walk from the lifts back to the accommodation with skis was too much, so worth renting a locker at the ski lifts"

"This is really one of the worst places i have ever been. Poorly managed, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, terrible communication. I find it shocking that a property like this can exist and be offered on Expedia. Strongly recommend delisting from the platform and for people looking at it to avoid at any cost. "

"The staff were helpful and the facilities were good at the property, ski in ski out, raclette to hire also thank you so much to the ladies and Charles at the other Azureva (Les confin) for sorting out our ski hire and making renting very smooth for us, great attention to detail. There were however a few niggles about the location which is voted great on Expedia but…it’s not if you don’t have a car or you’re a non skier. "Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved...

"From the moment we arrived until the time we departed, we were treated with excellent service by Vincent and his wife. The room was clean, and we had a great view of the mountains, Both dinner and breakfast were wonderful. The hotel is wonderfully decorated, and we enjoyed the sitting areas. By far the nicest hotel we have stayed at during our 11 days in France. We plan to return again someday."

Perfect location and place to stay

"Great hotel for large groups, the beds are so comfy, and it’s in a perfect location. Lots of parking too - we had four vans that were easily parked in the car park. Great selection of restaurants nearby."

"Amazing stag at Les Monts d'Arbois. Service was great especially the shuttles to go the nearby ski lift or city center. The swimming pool is beautiful and great after a ski session. The hotel is very kid friendly and they loved the kids club room. The room (suite Edmond) is large and nicely decorates with a modern twist on the chalet style."
