"Very disappointed in this hotel, they should have advised the hotel was going thru renovations, the awkward entry from the front to the horrible smell of paint in the lobby and construction dust everywhere. The service from front desk was horrible, they had always 3 to 4 people who were more a permanent fixture than they were helpful. Front desk claimed that during check-in that you would have to put in a request to have the rooms cleaned and fresh towels placed, that was never suggested. We requested to have a faulty iron replaced and that took forever, we asked 3 seperate times for fresh towels and garbage removal and 5 hour's later nothing until we physically went to front desk to ask why is it so difficult to get a simple request completed. I would never go back, the hotel is situated along hwy with major constuction to roads everywhere and its in the middle of industrial run down area. First and last time at this hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Good place to sleep, bed is confortable, great shower. The only problem is the loud heating system that goes ON/OFF and wakes you up multiple time. "

"Everything was good, pool/hot tub/gym was anmazing except it took forever at the restaurant for our drinks, menus were not brought to us for dinner. When we ordered room service it was an hour and half for. Our pizzas and drinks to be brought up. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Best Western Laval. The staff were friendly and attentive. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area seemed a little run down though and was very crowded and loud on the weekends with hockey families. We were staying on Thursday & Sunday nights as well so it was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves on those nights!"
