The staff, led by Lady, are lovely, welcoming, and so helpful - including recommending restaurants, helping to arrange tours, and arranging transport as needed (for tours, or if you just don't want to walk the hills). I highly recommend it."

"The property setting is absolutely gorgeous with lush tropical landscaping and an incredible view of Arenal Volcano. Our room was outstanding. Large and clean and comfortable with a huge two person jacuzzi and a private patio with table chairs and hammock. The staff was friendly, polite and accommodating. The breakfast included was a lavish and delicious buffet in a beautiful restaurant with a perfect view of the volcano. Loved it. "
