"We stayed in the Viri Suite, which is part of La Lipa Suites. This was a 2-bedroomed, 2-bathroom, kitchen suite (m/wave, stove top, w/m, d/w, fridge/freezer, etc). Wifi and Smart TV. All air-con and ceiling fan. Accommodation was clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable, and bed linen was fresh and looked lovely. "This hidden gem is a small oasis in a busy city. From its elegant 17th century interior settings, serene breakfast area, beautiful views and delicious menu, we enjoyed a relaxing start to the day. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking was not the easiest to access in a large vehicle, however the instructions supplied and wonderful staff were of great assistance. Overall a fabulous experience, we will definitely be back!"

"Lovely hotel in a great position. We booked a cheap room but were still disappointed it was so close to the noisy lifts and had no natural daylight.(251). Would book again, but a better grade of room. All staff very helpful. Ate from the bar snacks menu, good value for money and decent portions sizes."

"Good location, clean, but definitely not a 4 stars hotel as advertised. Rooms are very simple, depending on the layout it can be a little crowded and feels a bit too small. Original room we had the racks for bags and clothes were right next to the bed making it super tight and awkward to use. Luckily moved to a slightly better layout where the racks were by the entrance. Sadly pool was indoor and too warm to stay indoors. The rooftop bar is great, but no sun tanning is allowed. Only a restaurant set up. Breakfast buffet was overpriced and did not offer anything extraordinary to justify the price. Rooms have no coffee makers. If you expect luxury amenities definitely not the hotel for you. But overall as stated clean, simple, easy to get to from train station."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. I agree with many of the reviews that the hotel is somewhat outdated, but that didn't take away from my experience. It had everything I needed, and everything was in excellent working condition. The room was very comfortable, the bed was incredibly cozy, the sheets were soft, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was ideal—close enough to the city center to walk there easily, yet far enough from the main tourist areas to experience the authentic charm of a Granada neighborhood. The only area that could be improved is the cleanliness. I would have liked the room to be cleaner, as I found a few hairs in both the bathroom and the bedroom even after it had been cleaned. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place."

"Hands down one of the best experiences of staying at a hotel! It's a gem tucked close to the actual Alhambra so all you have to do is walk 10 minutes to experience the full breadth of history of Granada. We had booked two ensuite rooms and it came with the bonus of several balconies. You could easily have four plus one adults stay in that suite combo. The staff was incredibly responsive over email to plan this trip. They were also very helpful with a super early morning checkout and brought our car to the hotel for the drive back to Madrid to catch our flight. They even wrapped us beautiful breakfast picnic baskets for the long drive! It was all done very thoughtfully. The daily breakfast is sumptuous and the lunch and dinner at the hotel is one of the best meals we had in Spain! You can sit for lunch on their long patio which looks over at the city below. It's an incredible view and so comfortable even in summer as the cool breeze wafts over you. And then there is this fantastic bar with its super comfy vibe. Spend your evenings unwinding in this luxuriously crafted place. Once you check in to this hotel, you won't feel like leaving. Our stay here alongwith the tour of Alhambra was the highlight of our trip."
