I arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, and she let me check in a little early, which I really appreciated – it was such a nice and thoughtful gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful – I loved the rustic charm, the antique keys, and how peaceful and quiet everything was. The view near the volcano was stunning, and the location is perfect: you can easily walk to great restaurants and it’s just a 10–15 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Everything about this place was just so nice – warm, cozy, and full of character. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again. "

"I had a wonderful stay. Location is fantastic. 15 min walking distance from downtown, 25 mins from the airpot by taxi. The area is quiet, residential, near a park. The kindeness of the staff is remarkable. The hotel has a restaurant that offers a variety of tasty dishes and drinks. The decor of the dining room and the hallways is very nice, with lots of details and antique objects. There's a beautiful garden and a jacuzzi. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options, fruits, juices, eggs, etc. The place has a long and interesting history in the hospitality business. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely chose it again if I return to Arequipa. "
