Beautiful grounds. Friendly staff. I thought it came with free breakfast when I booked with Expedia but they said no. It’s okay though. I was happy with everything else.

I booked a small room with private bathroom and when I arrived, they told me that i have to share a bathroom with 5 other rooms. I understand this problems may happen sometimes but the peoppe working there werent helpful at all. It was either you take it or you can go. As i was with all my bags i decided to stay. The room was reaaaaally small and walls were so thin that we could hear all rooms while in the night. Not a pleasant stay at all

Staff doesn't care of user experience
Had to wait for over an hour because staff didn't want to give me the room described in my reservation. They didn't even offer a seat. Had to call hotels's support phone in order to have the situation figured out. Room didn't get clean-up next morning but at evening. This was uncomfortable but Im thank for it because it made me notice *wait for it* that the room had an active camera that we weren't aware of. I have photos and video of the staff removing the camera after my complaint. Asked for a confirmation that the footage was deleted but they minimized the situation and didn't offer any. Camera pointed the corridor between the private bathroom and the bed. Staff mentioned that the room was used previously by the hotel admin and that they forgot to remove the camera. I also have video footage of this.

1- the room didn’t have a tv, there was no hair dryer or fridge. 2- i requested a room with no stairs since my mother can’t walk and unfortunately in order to get to their first floor, we had to go up the stairs which was extremely difficult ( that’s where my moms room was located ) 3. The person at the bar was nice to re- make me a drink when it fell on the floor. The same person language- shamed me. I speak both English and Spanish and when was speaking in English to him , he asked if I could speak in Spanish even though he also spoke English. He made me feel embarrassed to speak English. It was a weird moment to be honest. 4- the hotel was cute overall and the people working there were nice. 5-drinks were super cheap. 6- food was ok 7-they has a kitchen to cool which is awesome, the pool was cute as well!

Eclectic outdoor area with something for everyone. The room was excellent, the bed and pillows amazing and an overall great value.

The staff is attentive. Rooms are dirty and you share bathrooms. Bar and pool are nice. Its a good place to go and have a drink but not stay. They don’t seem to care about your experience.

Lo mejor, Un lugar con muchas amenidades dentro de la propiedad, personal con muy buena atención y muy bien ubicado. Por mejorar habitaciones de 12 personas son demasiada gente, debería tener aire acondicionado en esos cuartos y por lo menos dos baños. Luego cambié a una habitación privada pero al estar cerca a una calle se escuchaba toda la bulla.

Il est impossible de dormir dans cet établissement sauf si on a prevu d'y faire la fête tous les soirs !!! Le personnel est peu chaleureux (surtout la personne qui m'a accueilli le jeudi 28 septembre à 14h30 pas de sourir puis elle etait excédée car on avait pas fait le nécessaire à mon arrivee comme le scan de mon passeport, elle m'a ensuite jeté la clef de la chambre de manière très désinvolte sans donner aucin renseignement sur le fonctionnement de l'établissement) et pas du tout accommodant !! On ne m'a pas fourni les clefs de la salle de bain commune alors que les autres convives oui... Autant dire que je n'y reviendrai plus ni dans aucun établissement Selina

La peor experiencia y total desconfianza
Despues de haber garantizado 6 meses antes una reserva, paranun evento en Arequipa. Justamente un dia antes de viajar, me escriben para decirme que ya no me quedaba alli. Que ellos me habian cambiado a un hostal. Pague casi $200 la noche, 6 meses antes por una semana. Y creo que hacer eso es una estafa. Muy mal recomendado por falta de seriedad.

Hotel tres beau, les chambres sont très bien, bien décorées, propre, très bon wifi. Personnel sympas. Juste le dimanche l'hôtel accueil des familles qui viennent profiter de la piscine, pas top pour les clients qui ne peuvent plus profiter du superbe jardin. Sinon super! Je recommande quand même le lieux est beau.

Me gusto todo en general, el precio va acorde con todos los servicios. Definitivamente solo el lugar es maravilloso y acogedor. Está a 5 minutos de la plaza de armas caminando o en taxi y no cobran caro máximo 5 soles. Todo muy bien.

Very loud DJ playing until 5am in the morning. The stuff told as before it will only go until 1am which would have been totally fine for us but it went until morning so that we couldnt sleep at all.I would recommend this hotel not to couples who wanna enjoy their holiday. Its rather a party place for young people. Regarding price-quality ratio there might be way better options in the city. We also tried to order three different things at the bar and none of them were available during our 4 day stay
