"Incredible views and friendly staff. A great destination for a romantic escape. The resort is secluded, so if you’re wanting to explore - expect to order a taxi as there ’s nothing really within walking distance. The upscale restaurants were great, but expect to pay a lot. The more casual option wasn’t very good."

"Loved our stay here. Hotel is beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Loved the double vanity in the bathroom. We loved everything and would definitely go back!"

"Hotel Contessina is brilliant. An oasis of a hotel in what is a bustling resort town. Once inside the doors you could be anywhere in the world. The design of the renovated hotel is brilliant. Modern and sophisticated, and the planting is beautifully done. We enjoyed 2 weeks here, using it as a base to discover the island when we had a car for some of the time. The main pool area is lovely, but be warned, all of the pools are 1.4m deep with no shallow / deep ends."
