"Our accommodation had the most breathtaking view. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were gracious, attentive and lovely. San Giovanni ferry terminal is only a few meters away and Bellagio is walkable if you don't mind going uphill and downhill. The area is very peaceful and quiet."

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile"). "The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "

"Fantastic stay with a beautiful view over Lake Como. Quiet town that is very tranquil. One thing to be aware of is that not all ferries stop here so make sure you check time tables however the hosts were happy to help and highlight activities and times for ferries and busses.
