They were very caring, making sure we receive top service and advised us on our plans. The cabins are very cute and cozy, and very clean with perfect views. "I was given upstairs floor but i said i hate lifts then lady staff offered me the downstairs room which didn't lik it was room2. iI had a bed smell coming from the bathroom very bad odours smell. and also on the outside window seal lots of smoked cigarettes I tried to open the window was disgusting they need to do something. I liked the hospitality the staff were very pleasant I was going to the dining anytime no restrictions. Staff are very polite and respect"
