"The property is very nice. Clean everywhere we went. The 24/7 Restaurant was nice. The food was hugely portioned but very good. The beef brisket was excellent. The Bistro was just okay. The Dirty Martini was not mixed correctly and not remade when server was asked about the problem plus very expensive. The Baby Kale salad was basically just a large bowl of kale with only one half a baby tomato and a few orange pieces chopped. The dressing was very good. The casino was very loud as expected! We chose the third floor around the Sports betting area. Very comfortable seating to choose from and we were lucky to find the slot machine games we enjoy. We upgraded our room and were given concierge access to a nice cocktail lounge on the 20th floor. Excellent service! Great Manhattan cocktail. The spa, pool areas were just lovely and worth every penny. We will return for sure!"

"The room seemed pretty clean, but the toilet hadn’t been flushed, the mini fridge still contained items from a previous visitor and it smelled of smoke and possibly pet odor. The front window had been left open (maybe to help with the smell?). The proprietor was friendly despite being woken up at midnight to give us the keys to the room. The rate was much lower than national chain hotels in the same area so can’t complain too much."

"Absolutely bait and switch. Not a single picture on this website or the hotel direct show what some rokms actually look like. Our room had red extremely old stained carpet. Musty. The window ac unit was not installed safely and could be pushed out. They used paper towel to plus holes in the corner (picture). The bathroom door was broken. The front door dragged on the carpet. The bed was so thin and had a foam pad on top. Fridge had some weird food or spill in it. I could go on and on. Door had just under an inch gap I could put my fingers thru so you know it was so loud all night. "
