"Wonderful hotel! The staff were absolutely amazing, the hotel itself was beautiful, the pool was fantastic, and our room was very clean. The AC wasnโ€™t quite as cold as we would have liked, and the TV didnโ€™t work most of the time. Despite those minor issues, we still give it a 5/5 because everything else exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Grupotel Port Dโ€™Alcudia and I would recommend this to families with young children looking for a good value stay. The accommodation was ideal, super clean and the beds very comfy. Whilst there was evening entertainment, the hotel is quiet, not rowdy and we were able to sleep well every night. Location is good, about a 5 min stroll to the beach, a convenience supermarket directly opposite the hotel (but there is a bigger Lidl about 5-10 mins walk away too). To walk to the Port took us around 20 mins with children, and there is a bit more going on there, plenty of restaurant choices, shops and the marina to enjoy."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. A beautiful hotel with amazing pools. Breakfast has alot of variety and I enjoyed it every morning. Staff were so lovely, especially the household staff. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning was fantastic and much needed in 30+ degrees. There's not many places I go back to but this is definitely one place I'll return to. My only thing to complain about was the extremely poor wifi. Not usable at all. The location is truly incredible, with perfect beaches and restaurants. I'll be back sooner than later. Thankyou"

"The hotel is fairly modern, spacious and clean. There are plenty of sun loungers around the pool area and it's situated away from noisy bars etc. Breakfast has a wide selection. However the pillows are hard as concrete (noted in many reviews) and the hotel need to change these. The requirement to pay extra for the safe is also poor for a hotel of this standard."
