When we arrived the owner claimed that she didn't received our reservation confirmation because the email was sent to the spam folder (!!) although we had already paid our stay through credit card. But she said that we were lucky(!!) and she found a room for us in another establishment and in the same price. The other room was worst than the one we booked and certainly had a lower cost. "The location was perfect, in the hill above Porto Karras and Neos Marmaras surrounded by pine and olive trees and vineyards. Peaceful, beautiful apartment, modern with all the amenities. Effie is an exquisite host and very helpful and kind. Away from crowds but very close to the action and beautiful beaches especially Toroni. It has my highest recommendation."
