When we arrived the owner claimed that she didn't received our reservation confirmation because the email was sent to the spam folder (!!) although we had already paid our stay through credit card. But she said that we were lucky(!!) and she found a room for us in another establishment and in the same price. The other room was worst than the one we booked and certainly had a lower cost. "budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."
