"The AC in the room worked well but the building could use some renovating. Our door wouldn’t even lock unless the handle was in the right position. Had to fiddle with it and the rooms were clearly old. "

"Was very disappointed. Room smelled funny, hard to describe. Furniture was worn and beat-up. Beds were supposed to be queen, they were full size. Fitness room out of order and breakfast had very few choices. Whold place just looked shabby and unkept. Was not what I expected. Would definately not recommend."

"Property of this hotel was nice, as was the lobby. The hotel was centrally located in a nice area, and the Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast options were very mediocre. The room we were in was very beat up. All around the shower it looked as though someone repaired all around it, but never bothered to paint it to match the rest of the bathroom. The tiles were cracked and broken around the bathtub. Doors looked like they had holes in them and then patched very unprofessionally. Truly the worst Holiday Inn room we have ever stayed in. It was quite disappointing. The room was equivalent to a lower end motel, but we were charged the price of a higher end hotel. Definitely needs some work, and not the standard we have experienced with other Holiday Inns. "

"The location is excellent, near Kierland in Scottsdale, but it is cheaper than other hotels nearby for a good reason. When I arrived to check in, there was a sign that said back in a few minutes. I think I waited there about 20 minutes. I assume she was on a smoke break, because I saw her outside smoking again later. The room was clean, but it wasn't designed well. The door to the bathroom hits the toilet. Ok if you are trying to save money."
