Did not have room with balcony as booked for first night but offered mini bar/ prosecco service as apology - was available our second night but we chose not to move. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.

The location is excellent—it is very close to the train terminal, making transportation incredibly convenient. The room itself is brand new and clean, with impressively high ceilings that make the space feel wide and open. One small drawback is that the wooden floors tend to make hair and dust quite visible. The bathroom was clean and modern. It was a bit disappointing that the rooftop is still under construction and the 5th-floor restaurant is not open yet. However, the breakfast was satisfying, and the front desk staff provided great service throughout our stay. I would love to visit again once the rooftop is fully open!

"A great place to stay out of the "Commercial Hotel Chains" - A fire in the breakfast area this morning was exceptional. I'm sure not it's done everyday but was a nice change on a chilly morning in May! There is a fire ring - sitting area out back that's well stocked. Great view of the mountains out ..."

"My stay was wonderful overall! The only issue we experienced was that our cell phones only worked while connected to WiFi, which made it difficult at times to contact the host by call or text. Other than that, everything was great and we enjoyed our stay."
