"Super gelegen für Stockholm. Tolle Busverbindung und sehr nette Reception. Wir hatten eine Stuba und die war ordentlich und soweit wie möglich sauber. Man könnte schon Mängel finden,wenn man wollte. Aber die Mängel wurden von den jeweiligen Vormieter verursacht und orgeln kommt man auch nicht mehr hinterher mit der Reparatur bei soviel dummen Gästen. "

"Unsafe and Unprofessional Bus Service from Arlanda Airport to Radisson Blu I had a very upsetting experience with the shuttle bus service from Arlanda Airport to the Radisson Blu hotel. I was traveling with my wife and son. When we arrived at our stop, my wife was still outside the bus while my son and I were inside. I repeatedly pressed the stop button to alert the driver, but he did not acknowledge it at all. Shockingly, the driver drove off without giving us any chance to fully disembark, leaving my wife stranded and us stuck inside the bus for another full round. This wasn’t just inconvenient — it was a serious safety issue. The driver also behaved rudely and used inappropriate language when I tried to address the situation. This experience was completely unacceptable. Better training, improved communication, and a focus on passenger safety are urgently needed. I hope the company takes this matter seriously to prevent it from happening to others."

"Honestly, it was such a pleasure to stay at Quality Hotel Arlanda XPO. Everything about it was impressive - the atmosphere, customer service, breakfast, shower, bed, and the room. I loved how variegated the breakfast options were! I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone passing by the area! "

"The Hotel was lovely in a great location and very comfortable, the breakfast was very good .there is nothing negative to say.possibly an exra elevator would be useful when the guests are rushing down för breakfast at full capacity .I will defenitly be very happy to stay in this hotel again if visiting Stockholm "

"We stayed here for a wedding with my whole family and booked five rooms. The hotel was great — friendly, helpful staff, spacious rooms for Europe, and really good room service. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, right next to the train station coming from the airport. Everyone was really happy with our stay, and we’d definitely come back!"
