Un leurre ! Inadmissible car n'existe pas !

Nous sommes venus le 20 avril pour la Feria d arles. Arrivés sur les lieux, seul le spa était en fonction. La nouvelle propriétaire très professionnel et sympathique a repris seulement le spa. Pour les chambres l'ancien propriétaire les a gardées. Je ne comprends pas que le site ne soit pas mis à jour. Nous nous sommes retrouvé le jour même sans lieux où dormir car ces chambres n'existent pas au spa. Il n'y a que les soins... Lamentable, il est toujours en ligne, et de plus des chambres sont disponibles ! Incroyable mais vrai ! Inexistant et apparaissant sur le site. Merci de le lever.

Quelle grande déception !

Hôtel dont les chambres sont très sonores, le ménage est fait succinctement, l'état général de la chambre est limite décent (moisissures sur les plinthes en bas des fenêtres). Accueil de l'hôtel très triste dépourvu de décoration. Chemin menant aux chambres pas éclairé la nuit. Couloir menant aux chambres sale, pas balayer pendant mon séjour de 4 jours. Prix exorbitant vu les prestations offertes. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à mon entourage.

Il fallait payer un supplément pour le SPA donc nous n'en avons pas profité, nous pensions y avoir droit avec notre réservation. Dans la salle de bain il y avait une baignoire sans rideau de douche donc pas du tout pratique. Concernant l'équipement de la chambre c'était assez spartiate, pas de bouilloire, pas de sèche cheveux.

Excellent accueil. Appartement simple en rez de chaussée. Avantage lave linge. Fruits frais au petit déjeuner. Pas d'accès aux soins du SPA pendant notre court séjour , l'esthéticienne du SPA Thalgo n'est pas sur place. Piscine extérieure agréable et chauffée.

Séjour court mais très agréable

Hôtel situé dans le Village Camarguais. Pour le repérer....Google Maps, le GPS traditionnel ne le connaissait pas. Accueil très sympathique. Chambres simples mais rénovées et très propres. Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité servi dans la chambre. Il manque un petit guéridon pour les jours de pluie. La dame de l'accueil nous a fourni gracieusement une prise anti-moustique qui a été fort utile. Elle nous a retenu elle-même une visite dans une manade. A recommander pour un séjour au calme. Voiture nécessaire.

deux jours très agréables, reposants, confortables

un peu à l'écart mais au calme. Une piscine simple mais très agréable et pratique pour mon épouse qui est mal voyante ( ce sont des marches et non une échelle). Décoration et confort irréprochables. Non n'avons pas essayé ni les soins ni le spas mais nous reviendrons.... Peu de moustiques, ce qui est rare dans le coin... Peut être juste un léger manque au niveau des services en chambre....

Apartamento correcto pero no volvería.

Estuvimos una sola noche mientras regresamos de las vacaciones en Italia de camino a Barcelona. El problema que tuvimos es que las tres personas que estaban en recepción sólo hablaban francés, ni inglés, ni castellano, cosa que dificultó la comunicación. Una vez en el apartamento, la cosa fue mejor, el apartamento era amplio y limpio, por lo que pudimos descansar esa noche. Los apartamentos están apartados de la ciudad de Arles, por lo que se necesita el coche si o si para ir al centro.

Essential spa Arles France

Rural location difficult to find ,gated entrance given code for gate but not told how to access room after 7pm when spa closed. Fridge stocked with expensive soft drinks and water no tea coffee making facilities. No reception after 7pm did not purchase breakfast from hotel so can't comment. Rooms clean and comfortable patio furniture table chairs and sun beds.

Très bon accueil avec accompagnement à la chambre. Chambre propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Toute neuve, belle décoration moderne. Literie excellente. Accès direct au jardin et à la piscine. Hôtel au calme à l'écart de la ville mais avec accès rapide (10min) au centre. Petite plus: possibilité d'avoir accès au sauna, hammam et jacuzzi pour un supplément (un peu cher, quelques euros en moins serait plus correct je pense car pour une nuit seulement si on arrive tard on n'a plus le temps de profiter). Petit déjeuner copieux en chambre avec produits frais (salade d fruit, yaourt, pain et confitures) Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel.

Appartement spacieux avec kitchenette, état neuf

Accueillis par les gérants très gentils, serviables, appartement neuf, confortable, beaucoup de rangement et de place, nous l'avons inauguré ! Kitchenette avec four, lave vaisselle, plaque induction, toute la vaisselle neuve et assortie. Canapé lit en 160 pour les enfants très confortable, chambre très vaste, très bien insonorisé , salle de bain très moderne, beaucoup de goût dans la décoration. Petite terrasse. Écran plat de Tv. Établissement situé au calme, parking fermé, nous n'avons pas profiter de la piscine un peu fraîche, mais très joli environnement. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir, à recommander.
