"I wasn’t sure if the staff could keep up that level of service for a 17 day stay while I was there on business. They actually exceeded expectations. Ignacio in the bar has my kids still talking about him. My only issue was the swimming pool going ice cold out of nowhere and that was one of the reasons I booked there was so the kids had a heated pool to swim in and nothing was done to fix it. Other than that one issue I was very impressed. "

"The breakfast menu was good and it was an American style breakfast which means there was more than donuts and coffee. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about Chicago and the room was comfortable except for not having heat, you know it is Chicago in January, other than that, I would recommend others to give the Whitehall Hotel a try and the CTA buses were across the street."
