"Upon our arrival day one front desk girl on her personal phone. Hot water for shower was not there barely warm. This was at around 11:00 am the next day after check in. Husband ask lthe front desk about the lounge area outback and was told the propane pump for the heater did not work. Key card did not allow him to enter back into hotel once he walked out there had to walk around hotel to re enter. My husband told the lady at front desk he was not able to re enter with key card she said sorry that’s to bad. Woke up wanting to make coffee in our room old coffee filter left in coffee maker. If left in coffee machine it will grow mold gross!!!! Still no hot water only late at night. You should be able to facilitate hot water in the morning I don’t care how may people are staying at your facility. Also the very first night the smell of marijuana was awful. And connecting rooms the people next to us were loud and singing at like 1100 at night unacceptable we try to be very quiet and respectful when we stay away from home. Housekeeper was very nice gave us towels daily and toilet paper. "
"The property was beautiful but the rooms could use a little TLC. We didn't have hot water so showers were a bit uncomfortable. Tile grout in the bathroom was very old and dirty. Overall the stay was nice but not really worth the price "
"Air conditioner was good for 1 day then I changed it to heat and that was also good. The temperature was 85 degrees then got cold. I stayed on the first floor for the first time and got a room with a comfortable long lounge chair. The hotel very clean and staff was extremely accommodating and superbly attentive to my every need. They gave me free bottled water, coffee & Tea 24/7. I forgot my toothpaste and they had one for me on the house. If I had to say something bad… The only thing I could say is they need a hot tub.
I give them… “ 6 Star Rating “"
"I’d give this hotel zero stars if I could. The hallway smelled like the monkey house of a zoo. The staff hardly spoke, and we couldn’t wait to leave. And the moment you left the room you had a little dog barking loudly.
The only good thing was the water pressure. "
"The staff were very nice and they were also very helpful with recommendations for restaurants. Hotel location is good, parking feels safe. Breakfast was well stocked. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. "
