"My individual room was fine and comfortable. Neighboring rooms were noisy, and the back entrance seemed less secure."

"Owner tried to cancel booking upon arrival but to late for a refund. Had to sit in parking lot while hotels.com spoke with them. Laundry room was rarely open. I will definitely never stay here again and will not recommend. Also, many undesirables LIVE here I believe. "
