"Breakfast really needed replenishment - it was scheduled 630-930. We arrived at 9 and there were no eggs, no sausages, and only a few potatoes. There was one yogurt, no juice cups, three bagels -- and several people were hoping for breakfast. (We know the proteins were options because we saw them earlier when we were getting coffee in lobby).
Room was very very warm. Thermostat only went down to 65 and the fan was almost non existent. We were able to open the sliding door and that helped with temp a bit. Highway noises caused us to close sliding door, however.
We felt very safe in the room and it was clean. Would actually stay again. Starbucks coffee in lobby was great"
"When I first arrived and was all checked in I started my laundry, as I organized my things I went back to the laundry and noticed my clothing was being washed I was confused but I figured someone made a mistake. Later I returned to the laundry and saw my that my clothing had been washed, dried and left on the folding table, I didn't trust this so I threw my clothing back into the wash but I noticed some of my items were missing, I noticed that all of my personal items were missing every single piece so I reported this to the desk clerk and asked her to run the cameras bc some time ago someone washed my clothing (at a different site) on accident and I wanted make sure there wasn't anything nefarious going on, so this desk clerk checked the cameras immediately and we found this guy made a mistake washing my laundry instead of his own, but this time at this site in Sterling Heights was different. The dest clerk said she would have to wait until Monday when the manager arrives. I was so upset that I called corporate as I was on the phone with corporate someone walks into my room, (It was the housekeeper)no knock no announcement at all. I reported it and the desk clerk informed me that this housekeeper has done this to 4 other guest. Monday when the manager Paul arrived he didn't seem to know anything about my issues he defended the housekeeper than told me he couldn't check the cameras at this time he will call me on Tues. needless to say he never did. NEVER AGAIN "
"The hotel in appearance was nice. It had a pool, hot tub, sauna, gym.
Sadly the towels in the pool area were not getting refreshed at times. My room 324 did not have a working AC so I had to move to a different room. Front staff was not rude just not accommodating. Overall it was an okay stay. "
