Comfortable and convenient

The two negatives- the restaurant which motivated our booking was closed both nights we were there and the information was out of date. But the service was good, help with operating tv . Comfortable room and close by car to central Cbd.

Carpets a bit dirty - need a wash. Shower hot water cut off very quickly to cold before I had finished washing my hair ( I don’t take long either) . This could have been something wrong with the system or a ‘timed ‘ supply but no notice of this if in place. It was quite a shock on a very cold morning .

Room was nice stayed three nights only serviced the room once. Was unable to connect to there internet as passwords and user name provided does not work. Food from there restaurant was very good. Due to the times that reception is open I was unable to get my breakfast as it has to be collected from the reception during opening hours as I was up and about doing things before they opened I was not able to collect the supplied breakfast.

Restaurant was not open - which was the main reason we picked this motel. Signage for a gym is false as is it under construction. Taps in bathroom leaked. Unclear parking caused confusion for some guests. Not good value, and we would not stay here again.
