Very clean, beds comfy, good hot shower, plenty space in room for luggage etc. Excellent provision of amenities in the room, all very thoughtfully provided. Despite being by the main road into town, it was actually very quiet.

Late check-in was convenient but upon arrival discovered that there was absolutely no power at all of which I was not informed. I understand that things like this can happen but being unable to take a shower, have a hot drink or even read or watch tv after a long day driving from Sydney was an inconvenience for me. The motel offered no apology at all. I have tried to get in contact with them regarding this matter but it seems they are not interested in any communication at all.In good faith I do believe that some kind of compensation would be honourable. Wouldn’t recommend this motel to anyone and if I could give it no stars I would. Terrible customer service and and the poorest communication I have ever come across.
