The rooms and hotel are lovely. The staff were very nice and attentive. The only issue is that reception is not manned a lot of the time. So if you can't get into your room or lose your key your have to ring a number, which can be time-consuming

It could be a fantastic place, if only the check in communication was better, the door locks worked properly and if the door was blacked out to allow sleep -days are long in Denmark, not everyone can sleep with lights coming in.

It is very awkward experience. We got the room within the family house, with the host family sharing all the facilities (including toilet and bathroom) with the guests.
