"It had a pool but it’s very small compared to the pictures presented to us online. The breakfast was not like it was pictured either online for booking. It was very small amount of yogurt like 5 was the only thing in the fridge. The options for oatmeal & cereal were limited and the only thing they served hot was dry biscuits, patty eggs, and sausage with an option of a waffle. But no toppings for the waffle. It shows a buffet style breakfast online but it’s not valid. Clean room, was clean, sheets n bathtub. Check in was good till the end. I don’t have physical card that I used to book the room. They do ask for a card for incidentals so I gave them my credit card, yet 2 days after I checked out they charged me an incidental fee & said it was just a hold. Here’s the kicker! They charged the card on file for purchasing the room, not my credit card. Then manager says they always do it that way & I tried to tell him no that’s not as much as I travel it’s charged same day & with the right authorization card. So very upset they did the wrong card n say give it a few days for it to fall off "
