"We absolutely loved our stay!! Our room was clean and we loved the convenience of looking over the ocean and being able to walk down the staircase to explore the beauty that is Pismo Beach. The sea caves below were such an amazing experience to do with our family. Can’t say enough about the amazing staff. I ran into at least four or five different staff members while we stayed there and everyone was so kind and so cheerful and so helpful. I cannot wait to come back. "

"Room was clean enough. Breakfast was nice, many offerings, but it said initially that it was included on Expedia's site. You find out that you have to pay $25.00 upon arrival for a ticket for a glass of wine or beer in the evening, and breakfast. Not quite truth in advertising. Overall, a good experience."

"Why leave the Madonna Inn when you can do it all there. No, but really! It has everything!!!! The town of SLO is cute too, but wow this place really has it all! Live music, spa, pool, cafe/bakery, restaurant, garden, horse trail riding… & more. All the rooms are unique and the staff is very friendly. Thank you Mrs. Madonna for keeping the dream going! "Room was clean, staff was friendly, room was easy to check into. Definitely an older hotel, but really had zero problems. Insanely great price for being 20 steps from the beach. Zero complaints here!"

"The property is nice and clean. However, it's right next to the freeway so it's pretty loud. The receptionist who checked us in didn't informed us that the parking is nnot free. All she said was it's going to be $100 deposit as an accidental incident. When we checked out in the morning, we were charged $20 for parking. With that said, we're not planning on stay here again!! I like people/workers to be transparent!!"
