"Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend."

"We LOVED this hotel!!! The room and bathroom was double the regular Italian room. We even had a TERRACE WITH A VIEW!! WEe so regretted having stayed only 1 night!!! Next time we will spend a whole week!! The staff ADORABLE!!!"

"Its very quiet and new hotel. Everything is nice but we didn’t have hot water in the morning. Breakfast was fine, but I wish for almond or oat milk for my latte. "

"The front desk experience was not good. It seems the gentleman at the front desk put my 85 year old mother on a different floor than us. When I ask if we could be on the same floor he told me “we would have had to book the rooms together “. Well I had 1 reservation # so… it that not being booked together??? This gentleman just didn’t not care and was extremely unfriendly. Otherwise the hotel was okay. "
