"Excellent customer service. The young man in the reception (i think his name was Aggelos) was super nice and he gave us recommendations on beaches to visit that are kid friendly. Also restaurants and activities. The room was clean and it had all the amenities we needed. The hotel grounds were clean and nicely kept. There were cats and kittens we got to pet and feed during our stay. The pool was small but perfect for kids. We tried to go to the beach in the morning and pool in the evening....

"It was great!! The people, the owner very nice, English speakers. The house is close to supermarkets, stores, taverns, restaurants but also in a quiet area. The room was big enough, with nice furniture, beautiful balcony. The kitchen was well equiped. I really recommand it!"

"Εμεις μειναμε στο πλαισιο μιας διήμερης αποδρασης,(οικογένειες με παιδια).Προκειται για εναν πολυ ωραιο χωρο και πραγματικα οι ιδιοκτήτες εχουν κανει μια πολυ καλη επενδυση.Η διαμονη ως συνολο ηταν πολυ καλη και η τοποθεσια εξαιρετικη.Αλλα υπηρχαν καποιες μικρες λεπτομέρειες που αν δεν υπηρχαν θα ηταν ολα εξαιρετικά.Για παραδειγμα,τα σιφωνια ηταν βουλωμενα και δεν πηγαινε το νερο κατω στις ντουζιερες και στη μπανιερα...τα ριχταρια και τα μαξιλαρια στους καναπεδες ηταν εμφανώς παλια....καποιες...

"The hotel was in a great location. Cleaning lady was super helpful with any questions we had. The building was extremely clean and safe. Beds were very comfortable. An excellent place to stay when in Lefkada. Parking was a minor issue. Highly recommended."

We’ve been traveling for nearly five weeks in Greece, it’s the first disappointment The property is not cared for, the owners are slack and never sweep the paving or entry steps. The reception is never manned. We helped ourselves to a key. The room itself is okay but the floors have never been scrubbed including corridors The bathroom is disgusting There is thick black mould on the hose pipes of shower and toilet The window edges and tile grout is the same, every...

"Great pool. Excellent service. Beautiful grounds. Nice rooms. Excellent choice. One suggestion: The parking could be better signed/explained. One wish: The pool closes at 700. We visited during summer and it was daylight. With such a lovely pool, I would have appreciated a closing time of 8pm, so kids could play longer. "
