"Es könnte in der Beschreibung für die Unterkunft noch genauer beschrieben stehen was in der Unterkunft für Ausstattung zu finden ist. Damit man vor der Buchung weiß was alles vorhanden ist. Aber ansonsten war alles hervorragend. Wunderschöne Lage, absolut sauber, reibungsloser Ablauf."

"A bit hard to find the reception, but friendly front desk, free parking, transit passes & sauna were great. No air conditioning, front desk & sauna hours are limited, no laundry. The parking requires some steps and/or a long walk, but you can drop baggage off at the front of the building."

Der Service war einwandfrei, das Personal sehr freundlich, zugewandt und serviceorientiert. Das Frühstück war umfangreich mit einer großen Auswahl und gut organisiert. Das Familienzimmer (großer Wohn-Schlafraum, Flur, kleines Kinderzimmer mit Stock-Bett, geräumiges Bad) war sehr tadellos sauber und gemütlich. "Grundsätzlich ist diese Unterkunft schön. Liebevoll gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Moderne verknüpft das alte. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb, aber die Stadt Schirgiswalde ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Leider gab es auch deutliche Schattenseiten. Wir hatten eine Ferienwohnung im EG. Über uns hat anscheinend eine Fusballmannschaft gewohnt. Man hörte jeden Schritt und jedes Gespräch aus der Wohnung über uns. Manchmal war das kaum aushaltbar, und wir haben das Weite gesucht.
