"Llegué a hospedarme, toqué el timbre y nadie abrió, volví a tocar y tampoco y en la tercera ocasión tampoco. Después salió un joven del edificio y me dijo que no hay una recepción, propiamente, que son departamentos en renta y tal vez alguien ahí lo use como RB&B, pero no sabía bien. "Hotel is beautiful! Great location, staff is so friendly. Always felt safe. Close to lots of dining options. The view of the rooftop was amazing. and the 24hr cafe was great! Also the dinner at the rooftop hotel was delicious! LOVE IT!"
"Had a great stay at Galeria Plaza Reforma! The hotel was safe, very clean, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to great restaurants and nightlife. The gym was spotless, and the restaurant downstairs served a solid dinner.
The staff really made the experience, though. They were super friendly and accommodating, even helped coordinate a nearby room for my brother when he arrived midweek. And huge shoutout to the front desk for saving my trip by providing earplugs so I could sleep through my dad’s snoring—lifesavers!
One heads-up: the Signature Double Room has two full beds (not queens), which isn’t mentioned on the website. Still, very comfortable overall. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"My teens and I stayed at Hotel Catedral for 10 days and absolutely LOVED calling it ‘home’ during our vacation in Mexico City!!! The staff was so friendly, professional, helpful, and accommodating. We looked forward to the delicious breakfast buffet each morning and often regarded it to be a highlight to our day! Our wonderful food server Thelma greeted us each day with a warm smile and was ready to prepare additional foods upon request. Vanessa in the dining area memorized our warm drinks and both of them were like Tia’s by the time our vacation was over. Each day, we came back to a refreshed hotel room, supplies fully stocked and everything in order. The refrigerator had so many FREE beverages and snacks, it was amazing!! We even booked tours
conveniently downstairs and got picked up right outside of the hotel! No need to Uber to a pickup location! We are in incredibly grateful for such a positive experience at the Hotel Catedral and HIGHLY RECOMMEND you stay in there! We definitely will for our next visit!!"
