This is my third stay and I find it odd that such a nice hotel does not maintain empty trash cans in the exterior areas from right outside the front doors to all the parking lot cans. Over 24 hours and not one was ever emptied. Just pointing it out since as a manager I would want to know."

"Very disappointing experience. At the time of check-in, I was informed at the last minute that the property was under renovation — no TV, no Wi-Fi, no breakfast, NO drinking water and unbelievably, not even basic toiletries! There was limited toilet paper, only two lamps were working, and there was a strong foul smell and constant noise outside the room, including dogs barking next door. To make things worse, I even spotted bugs on the bed. Absolutely horrible! My biggest question — why wasn’t I informed about all this earlier? Why wait until check-in to disclose such major issues? It feels like the property only cares about business and not the comfort or experience of its guests."
