On a clear day you can see the top of Kilimanjaro as you have a gin and tonic on the veranda in the photo. "Yes there is a bumpy 15 minute ride from the main road but the pay off is a tranquil environment to relax at Kili Villa. Our room had a lovely outlook to the gardens where local fauna and birds did their thing. The staff were welcoming and courteous, and the food was delicious. Perhaps the experience could have been improved with better communication about food and drink options when we arrived (with an explanation card). There are no other options for F&B in the area (aside from the golf club)...

"I arrived at the property at 4am. My driver woke someone up in order for the gates to be opened. From the moment I stepped into this magical world, I felt swept away by the atmosphere, the 4 poster bed, the warm shower, the surrounding nature and even the charming monkeys running on the property. I enjoyed an in-room massage and a fantastic breakfast and lunch. Five stars are not enough. This place is definitely a 10 out of 10. "

"Our stay was amazing. Lucie and staff made sure we were well looked after each night we stayed between our Safari and trek. Rooms are a great size, clean and comfortable. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds.
