"The staff was amazing! We made a last minute laundry request and they went above and beyond. It was our first time in Tanzania, and the impression the staff made was remarkable. They were also able to accommodate private transfer for us super early in the morning, and that was greatly appreciated. If you are near the airport and want to rest your head, this spot is PERFECT. Also- please use the spa, the massuse were incredible."

"Hands down best hotel in Arusha. Rooms were spacious and immaculate. Impeccable decor . Spacious lobby to hang around .Staff are excellent from bell boys to reception to dining room staff.Coffee plantation on site from which their coffee is sourced. Coffee is amazing and I bought some to take home. Grounds are immaculately maintained and the boys in the garden even plucked some Guavas for me. Beautiful pool. Breakfast was amazing with a wide spread . They have a workshop for people with disabilities at the back from where we bought merchandise . They allowed late check out on request . Every single person went out of their way to help to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here. All my friends thanked me for booking this hotel for our stay in Arusha "
