"Staff are very helpful and professional It’s a good spot for a day rest. We were driving from Trabzon to Istanbul. The whole place was clean, but our room was not. The carpet has spots all over and coffee area was sticky. Also the air conditioner was working but the heat system which was a different unit was working too and we couldn’t turn the heat off. "
