Several issues. From the elevator not working and the lughts going out in it, to no staff in the restaurant, to a room that was 34° and the thermostat didn’t work, to a bedside light that couldn’t be turned off, to a sink that moved, to a breakfast staff member coughing a lot around the food.

Super clean, amazing stuff, fabulous breakfast, beautiful location. Absolutely loved it. Sivas is such a beautiful city.

Behrampasa Otel
Room so tiny with toilet smell we could not sleep. Shower to old eroded sink get full with water as the sink blocked with metail. EMPLOYEES ARE FRINDLY AND NIC E
