Staff was very kind. Room was a tad small, but I think that is to be expected for Tokyo. Location was in a quieter area, but still very close to main shopping areas.

We had an excellent stay at Nohga Hotel Ueno.
The location is unmatched. Just a short walk from Ueno Station, which made getting around Tokyo incredibly convenient.
It was easy to hop on the JR lines or the subway, and the neighborhood itself has a lot to offer, from great restaurants and cafés to Ueno Park and several museums nearby.

The facilities were spotless and the staff were all very accomodating. Overall, a really nice and quiet place to relax. I love the open air bath the most and keen to come here again when I go back to Japan
